You must be the owner, tenant or have authority to request services at the service location. We reserve the right to refuse removal if ownership/authority cannot be verified. Services are performed at your direction and supervision. We assume no liability for any disputes arising with third parties regarding removed property.
You represent that the information provided to [Company Name] regarding removal services is accurate and complete. Any incorrect or omitted details affecting services or pricing are your sole responsibility.
Quotes provided by our team are good faith estimates only. Final service pricing is based on actual work completed and verified by you at the time of service. All payment disputes must be addressed onsite before completion.
